Hi,
Thought about doing this myself but haven't had the cash so far.
You will have a better chance of a useful reply on this topic if you post it up in the ICE section.
Sorry I can't be of more help at the moment.

Dave. :)

Marea 2.0 20v
FIATcentral window sticker
Blue gaiters, Blue sidelights, Blue interior lights, Blue lacquer on engine, feeling blue ;)
Ecotek fitted, removed and waiting for warm weather
So much to do, so little time.... and Totally Skint!! :(

If it is wired in already, chances are it'll be on the left or right side in the boot. Not sure about the saloon version, but the Weekend has a storage compartment on either side. Take the cover off and look there. You could also just take the plastic panels off, then you're bound to find the wire there (or not).

hi
The wires for the cd changer are almost certainly not in the car!
If they are, then the rear passenger side in boot is the place.
I bought a grundig changer plus a 5 pin cable to suit approx 2 m long you need to remove head unit from dash which is difficult without special tool(ask at fiat 2 minute job)connect lead and thread through to where you're siting changer,I put in cubby hole in boot. When you are all wired up the system recognises you now have cd and it all lights up! (No separate power supply required for cd). Good luck
