Technical cd changer

please can anyone help e ive just got a stilo abarth and there is a cd changer insatlled in the glove box a idca09 series but it will not play any cds all the lights just flash when i turn my ignition on ive tried putting a disc in but its now stuck in there i press the buttons 1/5 and nothing happens can anyone help

yes the previous owner got it fitted by fiat
