judging by the lack of damage to the car and lorry, it looks like the cars stopped infront of the lorry on a roundabout or something, the lorry driver hasnt seen it and pulled away onto the dualer, he wouldnt have heard much or felt anything to be fair

According to Yahoo News, the car got stuck on the Radiator Grill of the Lorry.
The Mobile Phone Video isn't very clear so you can't tell if the Lorry driver's braking or not, but even so there is no way the lorry driver couldn't see the car, as most lorry's in the UK are Cabover's (Cab Over the Engine), so the Driver's have better visablity plus most now have a mirror by the Windscreen to see down infront of them, so I reckon it's Road Rage.

yeah the trucks have mirrors and stuff to help visibility, but it helps if the drivers are using them which he wouldnt have been as he was on a dualler, it was on sky news that the investigation is being re-opened.
