car been hit by football advice please

hi guys well its me again my car is doing my head in now i have had 2 accidents not my fault and now someone has smacked it with a football by the looks of it none of the paint is chipped just dented in, i was wondering if there was a way of pushing the dent out on my own its on the passengers wing nearly in line with where the clip is to open the back window, i have a punto mk2 2001 elx

i thought about a plunger but didnt want to push it in anymore.

i used a plunger and it popped out first time thank god for that it looks ok no chips or anything

I've got a slight dent on my nearside wing. How do you use a plunger then? If it's that easy i might aswell do it?

what i did was squash the the air out of the plunger and the put it against the car as i didnt want to make it work and just pulled it and it came out i put a bit of veg oil round the rim as a few people said it helps grip, i still have a little mark there so i will have another go at doing it.
