Technical Can't get 1st, 2nd, 5th or Reverse

My Fiat Ducato isn’t current getting first, second, fifth, or reverse. it used to fine but now only gets third gear and fourth gear. the cables and clips are connected at the top where the gear shifter is. The clips are holding the gear cables in place down on top of the gearbox. What do I check next?

when it happened i was driving around 49-59 km/ hr and hit a bit of a bump ( the curb) as i got out of town and wanted to go into fifth it went into third. i only could get third and fourth from then.

any help including complete diagrams appreciated.
