Can I use the following parts from a 1.8hlx on a 1.2

As title states... Can I use the following parts from 1.8hlx and put it on a 1.2 Bravo:

1) A supersprint exhaust.

2) K&N Airfilter

3) Leather seats from 2.0HGT to the 1.2

4) DTM Mirrors

5) Front & back bumpers

Would it also be possible to put a standard exhaust from the 1.2 on the 1.8

1) A supersprint exhaust....... wrong back presure but you could prob cut it about and join it on.

2) K&N Airfilter..... if a cone, yes

3) Leather seats from 2.0HGT to the 1.2 - YES!

yes if you cut it about - best take both off and see where they both match, and cut it there and swop them round.

you would need to fit the front wings with the front bumper aswell dont forget tommy.

Sorry Im wrong Got confused because you mentioned a HGT and 1.8.

Bumpers will be ok, seats will work but you will need to jigger the heated seat wiring.

well the seat wires should be there....


as all the 1.2's are Mk2's.... they all have the wiring there for all the extra's.



Wen you remove the old seats, you will see the raised channel where all the wires run across the car... just make a hole in the carpet, if there isn't already a hole and look for the wire with the white clip that doesn't plug in anywhere.
