Technical Can anyone help wire up cigarette lighter in ducato

The other day I tried to change the old broke cigarette lighter . I didn't really take note of the wiring . Today I bought a new one to replace it. But I don't have a clue how the wires go. Coming out of the van is a red/blue, a black or purple coloured wire And a yellow the one in the picture without the sheath . It shorted and took all the sheath off. Anyway I have no idea how to wire it back up. Thank you in advance

Hye, tankyuu for ure replye i have did dont looked at the plug and did try the wyres yu sayd but it not work... wy it not work? nuthing evr work fo mi, i did ask man to fix it and he did say ye but i dont know wer put key now:slayer:

If it shorted it sounds like it blew the fuse. Check all fuses

Wires as Krosus said, best to disconnect the battery first as not much room to get to wires, I set mine on fire by not disconnecting the battery.

I believe your van is an X244 variant. See this previous topic specifically the post from COMMUNICATOR referencing the X244 fuse.
