Technical Cam Carrier Gasket?????Fiat Brava 16v 80 sx

Hi there, bit of advice pls ive taken my Fiat Brava 80 sx 16v 'W' reg - to the garage and been told I need the 'Cam Carrier Gasket' replaced, he described as the 'mid glasket' - as there is a oil leak which is causing a really bad burning smell - could anyone tell me what this part is pls...and if this is correct?
They also said whilst doing this job I should have the cam belt changed if it hasnt been replaced already as you have to take this off anyway to do the work - about 3 1/2 hrs labour???
Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds a reasonable answer, there is a gasket where described, and I am guessing its leaking oil onto the exhaust manifold.

If the cambelt has not been changed at the prescribed interval it is good practice to change it while its off.

I think the 3.5 hours is at the top end of the time for the job, but understandable.
