Think it’s called the blend door actuator has gone stiff, can be loosened once engine heated sometimes afraid I’m gonna break dial. Would really like it fixed, seems I’d need to take apart the heater matrix box at the passenger side to get access? Is this possible and fixable? I have a 1.6 multijet 2015 doblo

Technical Cabin temperature dial gone stiff!
This is a picture of the matrix heater box and the white bit inside the red circle is what turns and is very stiff, from looking at my own van I’d have to access it from opening it up at other side as appears to be bolts. Anyone got any experience with this? Like is it even possible to open it up when it’s out?
