Technical Cab heater on all the time and aircon packed up

Hello. My 2012 Ducato 3 ltre motorhome heater blower is on all the time with ignition switched on. It is blowing on one speed only. Also the aircon button does not light up. It was all working fine 2 days ago. Any help please what it may be?

Just to help others, I took van to local auto sparks who found a defective relay and blown fuse. The relay is for fan and the aircon. The relay is tucked up behind dashboard so it was radio etc out. cost me £100 though but I am pleased it's fixed.
