Well its time to say bye bye to my punto!!

Bought a Puma on Saturday so the punto has to go

Only came in blue though I think?,had a shot in one years back on a training course, only thing I didn't like was reversing with that high back/small window but then again who cares about reversing in these cars:D 1.4 bit dull though!

The Racing Pumas were built as a standard Puma on the production line, Then they were taken apart and rebuilt as a Racing Puma. Hence the high cost. I think I read somewhere that Ford didn't make any money on them.

Puma is based on the Fiesta Mk4 chassis I think. The first one that handled OK. I had one and it went well. Wouldn't have minded a 1.7 VVT engine in it!

Thats correct, built by Tickfords with yamaha/boreham camshafts(155ps),4 piston callipers & rear discs from focus & sparco seats...quite tasty but no room for the kids:(
