hiya , you need to bite the bullet and just get a new roll bar from fiat . they are a 150pounds . have just done mine. the bushes are fixed to the roll bar. don't forget to buy new drop links also. you can get these for 20pounds from euro car parts. you will need to lower the front sub frame a bit also if its a diesel like mine , I don't know about petrol models. what a difference it has made ! no more banging from underneath all the best Conan

Why on earth would you spend £150 on a ARB when you can get the bushes from ebay for £40 ? If you search the forum there are even cheaper solutions.

As a previous poster mentioned, I'm not sure why you would replace the drop links if they weren't shot ?

wont be replacing drop links or roll bar as the drop links are new and the roll bar is in good nick. so now i have found where they go i will get on to ebay etc for some replacement bushes. thanks everyone

Why would I buy a new anti roll bar? well I just cant be bothered to mess about with old parts these days. I guess I am getting old and lazy. but the thought of sitting under the car with a hacksaw cutting off the old bushes does not help either. as for buying stuff from E bay hmm. also after owning a Renault for last few years, It almost feels like Fiat are giving their spares away.. Anyway whatever route you take, best of luck . Conan
