General Bumper removal/replacement

My daughter hit a deer and damaged the bumper on her 2005 punto.

I have managed to get another 2nd hand but not sure how to remove the old one . Not wanting to break things so could someone please be kind enough to advise process to remove /replace the bumper. Also she has damaged the plastic inner wing splast panel. I cant seem to find a used one on ebay but can find one to fit a Mk 2 earlier punto . Are they interchangable

Bumper has two bolts in the front. Lift the bonnet and you will see them either way of the bonnet catch.

Then there are two bolts underneath the wings. to get to these you have to jack the car up, remove the plastic wheel arch liner (about 10 screws) and the you can get your hand in, this is the same both sides.

And you may even be three screws underneath in recesses, my active sport has them.

And a scrapyard is the bast bet for a wheel arch liner, should be the same for all mk2b punto's. An earlier mk2 may even fit but i'm not sure.
