i need some help on bulbs. basicly the rear light of my bravo, the circle/ring one, has died, i tried changing it with normal bulbs but every time i put one another one dies. so i decided to upgrade to led ones (will they work?);

just need to know if they will work as i already broke all the bulbs twice on both units!!!!

the one you linked are 5w, you need 21w for the rear clusters.

thats for the one when the dipped beam is on yeah? because the all the original bulb were r5w bulbs.
 
yup, not the one when you press the brake, the one that glows round, with three bulbs...

then why are all the bulbs r5w then? in both sides? i have in total 6, 3 on each side.
 
i could be wrong it has been known (often :p ) but i just went out and checked mine and they are 21

No mate you are correct 12V-5W is what you need in the taillights. Thats the three bulbs that go round in a ring. I have 12V-5W bulbs in mine and my manual also states 5W bulbs too.

Think about it, if your tailights are on they need to shine less brighter than your stop lights and indicators so that they are more visible. 21W is the same brightness as your rear foglight, indicator and stop light. You will fail an MOT if they notice this.

The reason the bulb is blowing is because theres a short or surge of power, clean the contacts and make sure the bulb is the correct fitting and wattage.

The LED shown in your first post, aslong as the fitment is correct will be ok for your car.
