Don't bother taking car apart to change any front bulbs!! Took car to Halfords £6.99 to change Headlight bulb!! £3.99 to change ANY other bulb!! Took poor lad an hour to do n/side h/light and had just put it back together and indicator had blown, took another 45 mins! He didn't take anything off car (bumper, battery or wheel arch liner) small hands! Total cost £10.98 plus bulbs.

I would still rather drink 3-4 beers after mending my own car. Most of the things I do on the car are because I want to, not because I can't pay for them.

But endeed, I would say it's a valued alternative for someone that doesn't want ant headaches.

Still too expensive if you ask me. I've changed all the bulbs in about 45 minutes. And I'm 6.4 so no small hands here :p.

I need to change mine and have heard its a bit of a headache,Ive had a go and can do the drivers side but the passenger side looks like a bit of a faff......

I just took out my whole battery tray 2 get 2 my light bulb! I wish I saw this post before I did it haha

And your right about halfrauds lol I bought some of there professional Ratchet spanners and I broke the moving part on the spanner and when i tryed to take it back they told me this wasn't under the life time Warranty! But they didn't tell me this when I spent over £200.00 on tools? And Ive broke my 1/2 inch ratchet the over day so not happy so yeah halfords are frauds.

I was under the impression it was - I am sure people have gone to Halfrauds in the past and have been refused this service with a Stilo

Tbh that's what I thought also, but didn't mention it as I assumed I was wrong seeings as OP managed to get it done

Might have been a slip up on the workers behalf
