Bubbly irritating noise from sunroof when wet

Does anyone else experience a really weird annoying (Kinda bubbling, kinda knocking) noise from somewhere up around the sunroof?
I get it knocking away every time I drive after washing my car or after it rains. (Sorry about the descripton - if you've experienced it I'm sure you'll know what I'm on about!) It's obviously water in the gutters or tubes around the sunroof with air blowing over it.

What I want to know is has anyone had and fixed this, or do I have to put up with it as another bit of 'character' to my car!!?

i get a kinda faint knocking noise sometimes when im driving on the motorway, not sure if it usually happens after rain tho.it sounds as if it is coming from the engine bay more than anything!

anyone any ideas??

I very occasionally get the same kind of bubbling noise too!

I think that it is sunroof related though, when i close the roof it appears to stop, but i agree that it sounds like its coming from the engine! Wierd one!

Only happens once in a while for a few secs anyways, so im not overly bothered.

Fiat only changed the seal about 6 months ago! Or did they?!
