Technical Bravo vibrating

I have a 2006 Fiat Bravo (called a Ritmo in Australia) which I love. anyway I am experiencing a vibration through the accelerator, over time it seems to be getting worse, and passengers can feel it

I know its not tires as I have had new tires and balancing done.

it seems to be strongest around 85 to 90 kph and also I have noticed that if i lightly touch the accelerator it is much stronger then if I push the accelerator harder. it started intermittently at first but it is constant. I have also noticed that it is starting at lower speeds

any advice would be gratefully accepted
