Technical bravo hgt 155 problem

Im looking at buying a bravo hgt at the weekend but the car has an issue.

I have been told its the ignition control unit and the car cuts out if it goes below 2,000rpm. Now it only passed its mot 3 weeks ago so i cant help but feel it must be a minor issue?

How easy are these to fix and how expensive are they?
