General brake shoes adjustment

hi i put a new handbrake cable in my cinq sporting and i have adjusted the hand brake so when i pull it up it is scruffing the drum and u can hear it i just want to no how the hell i adjust the shoes cuz i have never done it before and dont wnt to f**k it up so please help thanks

Friction adjusters.

Remove wear ridge on drum and use a pair of screwdrivers to open up the shoes so the drum just fits.
