Well done swapping over the backing pads - I think you're the first to manage that feat

Yer, it was quite easy. I just put the old pad in a vice and heated the back up with a heat gun to soften the adhesive a bit. I then just used a really sharp Stanley knife blade to get backing off. To stick them on the new pads, i just covered then in silicone and stuck them on and let them to set.

Fingers crossed it will last!
