Technical Brake fluid change

Hi,

I'm about to change brake fluid and I like to syphon fluid off from master cylinder reservoir but there is somekind of mesh in the master cylinder resevoir. How can I remove this mesh?

I tried, but couldn't lift it up.
Should I turn it, when lifting?

should just lift up,if you cant remove it, just unscrew brake pipe at one wheel and let it all out like that
