Technical Brake check Control Warning light on dashboard

Hey,
I have the brake check control warning light that is on, I can't find much to figure out what the issue may be. The brakes work fine there is nothing apparent thats wrong with the car. The car is a Cat N and had front bumper damage but has since been replaced with a new one.

The brake fluid level is low.

I have checked that but it is above the minimum. Also i get both these warning lights come up the orange and red one, if that helps

Did you check the pads, then? Maybe they're worn out, need replacing.

I had same issue, is your odometer flashing?. Needed replacement radar sensor for AEB ~£1000 to replace

Has anyone else had this occur before. Aeb light always on and continuous flashing odometer.
