Decide when we get there i reckon mate.....

(Currently trying to decide if I should bring my cinq or MOT and Tax my Y10 now it's running)

Whats wrong with your mates integrale?

Does he go on the http://forums.delphiforums.com/evoforum/start because there is a wealth of knowledge on there in the huge FAQ's section, & if you can't find help there someone generally posts some help up, tho should be noted there are some shall we say "difficult" people on there who know what your after but just say "look at the FAQ's"

My mate runs this site http://www.evoforum.net/index_show.html
& is also the organiser for this http://www.londontobrightonrun.com/index_l2b.htm

Aaron.

Well he's got a HF engine sat in his garage that's been tuned to around 300brake (i think) so is thinking of using that.........

Apparently Brake fluid has a lower ignition temp than petrol?

He'd be pretty hard pressed to get that amount out of an 8V engine which is what the HF engine was, even the works rally team with the full expertise of Abarth engineers behind them just made 300bhp thats why they developed the 16V, it's generally assumed that the 8V's limit is about 250bhp but thats running a 16V ECU or about 230bhp running the 8V ECU its something to do with Lambda sensors & other stuff thats over my head. Whereas a standard 16V engine with a chip will get 260bhp & add exhaust 280bhp without any problems, this is why not many people have developed stuff for the 8V. Tho the benefit of the 8V engine is it produces more torque low down than the 16V.

That was from memory i'll speak to him when he's sorting the other stuff on my Y10. Lol

It looks sweet but he's going to the dark side and looking for an RX7 (again) (n)
