Hi there,

In need of some advice here...

I've fitted one of those chrome boot strips, and I'm not sure if I like it or not.

Part of me thinks it looks good. Part of me thinks it's adding absolutely nothing to the car.

All opinions welcomed, cause I want to either keep it or rip it off! :p

First time the car has been washed in 2 months...

Also a couple of photos to see what it's like when not in place :)

Thanks

Makes it look like an Astra or similar.

It reminds me of the facelift 2005 Alfa 147 - it came with a built in chrome strip which lasted a year as the general opinion was quite negative about it. 147s from 2006 no longer had the strip.

It just makes the car look tacky. What's next, chrome stick on edging for the grille and lights?! :D

Ok so I'm not a fan of mods to cars, but taking my extreme bias away, it still looks odd.

I don't personally like it but that's just my opinion. The bravo's rear is already good looking :D . Apart from the opinion, though, i think its not going to last very long.
