Technical Boot lever

Did anyone installed boot lever in seicento? I don't have one, but i want to install it in mine. Any advices?

What's a boot lever?
Somthing to remotely unlock the boot from inside the car?

The Cinq has it, is it missing from the Sei?

As far as i know its a standard feature on both cinq and sei next to the drivers seat

Ive had 2 Seicentos and they both have boot levers to open the boot.

Down the right hand side of your drivers seat, little black pull up lever

I wish. Seicento young didn't come with one ??

Just checked ePER and there is a note:
"Opening rear door from inside cancelled 15/10/2002"

Different striker plate.

So to fit it to a car that doesn't have it, you'd need the striker plate as well as the lever & cable.

Why would they remove that, sometimes my rear doesn't open and I have to use the lever.

ePER shows it returning for the 2004 Model Year, so maybe they realised it was a daft idea to remove it..!
