Yeah like i said that was a sneak preview. We actually really messed up there. We routed out every shape that stuck out a bit to get the floor level before we realised that we hadnt built it up to allow the excursion to miss the grill yet. :ROFLMAO:

Battery is only only a small one 98ah i think, im not using huge power so it just helps to stabilise the voltage for sq purposes. I paid £140 for it but you can pick them up on ebay for £40 posted. I got one from 2002 and it held voltage fine. TBH they go forever for moderate applications.

I dont really fabricate much myself TBH. I just get others to help with more skills than i do and come up with the ideas lol.

Most people running over 1000w RMS should use a secondary battery.

Which Hertz do you need to know about. I have had some experience with the Mille 12's although for booming they arent all that good. The one in PaulBFD's car sounds great for SQ duties up front but the one that I played with wasnt all that good in the boot for trying to play a b-line. I much prefer the CDT Qes for that.

Ohh okay cool

Well basically I got a Hertz Es 300 Woofer & wondered whats a decent amp to put with this with plenty of power & clarity?

If space is an issue then you could always build the box out of the boot lol

Damn i havnt built a crazy gangster stylie box for ages  I feel a removable 15" box for my car coming into the horizon.

Thats more than ample if you are willing to go second hand. Ill have an ask around. You should be looking at Audison, DLS, Genesis and such like. Even a possibilty of geting a 4 channel.
It all depends on your plans. You could get away with running the sub at 200w RMS if you dont want it pounding but just want a nice compliment to the mids up front with a little bline. Or you could take it to around 4-500w rms if you want the bass a bit more in your face.

Yeah Im willing to go second hand, Thanks for your list of makes I should be looking for :) Really I want to get the top power out of it, the subs rms is 350w seems abit low for a mid range budget speaker but it is punchy as hell even using it on a orion 150rms amp.
