Hey, am wanting a single wiper for my cinqi, is it possible to bodge a single wiper for now? (not bothered about mot, will hopefully have proper kit off brickfoot by mot time

it is possible to bodge one, all you gotta do is take the drivers side wiper arm off, then remove and replace the passenger wiper arm to a 45deg angle so it sits in the passenger's view when parked.
Switch the wiper on and it should clear to the drivers side

this is easy to do. have a look at the members motors then "the little red devil" to see how it sits. best to get a straight wiper arm though.

where'd you get straight wiper arm from? and how do i go about doing it? i avoid engine bay most of the time

an old fiat or citroen. then all you do is take off both wipers and fit the new arm to the middle point.

so dont even need to remove the sound deadening to get at mechanism? where can you get the plug things for 'em?
well when i did mine i just left the other pin thing without anything on it. so i didnt need to plug anything up. depends on how much of a simple job you want to make it?

it will wipe 3/4 of the screen. just take the nut off and ease the arms off.
