My previous few Fiats have had the excellent Blue&Me system fitted as standard, but my new Panda Lounge doesn't (we went for available stock in UK, rather than order from the factory).
Has anyone else had an aftermarket handfree kit fitted in their Panda, and could they offer any advice?
We both have Android phones, so don't need iPhone software integration, but would like a display so that I can see who is calling, and also to be able to dial out without looking at/touching the phone.
I've been thinking about the io Play2 or Talk2, which are available from Halfords for £139/119 respectively.
Help?

Well, my friend has just bought a two year old car without Bluetooth and has now bought a Garmin satnav with Bluetooth included. £300!

I don't know how 'hands free' it is, however, as he hasn't finished playing with it yet, but I suspect he'll have to tap the screen for control - don't quote me on that.

But: the Garmin has a very powerful CPU and boots up instantly, and I suspect the system will be good. Better than the Fiat satnav anyway.

But I agree that the integrated Fiat Bluetooth system is excellent, and I just wish they made it standard on all cars. There was a Trekking TA ex-demonstrator on sale at my dealer, but it had no split rear seat and no provision for satnav, so no deal as far as I'm concerned. A great Pity.

Good luck anyway.

We've got that one in our VW. Parrot mki 9100.
Works well and you can plug anything up to phone 4s into it to charge. Also has a USB port for music on a pen drive.

The wireless remote has had reports of problems though. Ours has been fine for 3 years apart from needing a battery.

They are around £100 and pretty easy to fit.
