blue&me unresponsive buttons and can not update

hi guys,
i am from turkey,
i am new around here, i bought a fiat qubo (called fiorino in turkey), it's the 75hp versiyon and has blue&me.
my small problem is when i try to update it gives me back "config. error" i tried to use different memory sticks, i downloaded the update several times but no luck. it is already running iphone directly from usb so i think it's already in version 5.5 but it's strange that it won't do the update.

my biggest problem is my steering buttons for blue&me are unresponsive. volume buttons functions correctly even voice commands function and steering buttons functions when they want. they change the radio stations 4-5 times then stops, after 20 minutes they work again for 3-4 commands.

i tried to unplug the battery from the car and waited 8 hours nothing changed.
any idea?

ps: don't tell me "fiat service" , even this car made in turkey biggest service point still don't know how to use blue&me. when i asked about update they reply me you can not update the car

When you tried to update your Qubo with 5.5, you extracted the zip file, right? I'm asking, because I've heard that some people had just copied the zip file to the USB drive, and they were like when it didn't worked.

Guessing from the unresponsive buttons on the steering wheel, I think there might be a loose connection – one of the wires might not be connected correctly. But that’s just my guess.

PS: My dad has a Qubo Trekking. Great car. Has lots of space, ideal for small families with children. And that little Multijet engine is doing a great job.
