Blue & Me reset help!!

hi all,

i have new bravo with blue and me and it appears to have stopped working as the buttons on the steering wheel will no longer respond when my phone (iphone) is connected via bluetooth and plugged in via the dongle.
i have read on here that disconnecting the negative battery terminal for about 30 mins should reset the system. i have looked under my bonnet this mornign at the battery and cannot see where this can be done. i have uploaded a photo of the battery so someone can offer me some assistance, hopefully
