Blue&me problem

Hi I was wondering if someone can help. For some reason my phone disconnect itself from the blue&me. It's an iPhone 3GS I have paired it up again but it's not working if you receive or make a call the noise is awful and every word is repeated over and over. I have disconnected again and paired again and it's still happening. Any advise would be much appreciated. Thanks

Anne, there have been some updates to the Blue&Me software that are supposed to improve compatibility with Apple products. See if this may help:

Hi I have the same problem has been in the fiat garage today and the blue and me ecu is at fault. My 500 is on a 60 plate and this is no longer covered under warranty! This is the 4th faulty ecu since I bought the car the others have been replaced under warranty. Approx £400 to replace. Same part every time and she is only two years old!
