Blue&Me menu disappeared

First of all hello to all. This is my first post in the forum.

I would like to hear your opinion about one thing that happen to me today. I have a Fiat Bravo and today I noticed that I can't access the Blue&Me menu. If I press the Phone Button (Main Button) on my steering wheel i don't see the menu. I can make and receive phone calls, but I can't see the menu to access the agenda, last calls or even see who is calling me. I can't see the rest of the Blue&Me menu options.

This is very strange because yesterday everything was working fine.

Any of you have seen or heard anything like this?

disconnect the battery for a few seconds that should fix it. if not, try updating to 5.5 again or just check in to a dealer.
