General Blue key wont start Brava?

My Brava has been to the garage to have secondhand gearbox fitted and a full service. Now it wont start using the blue key. Keycode light stays on. The battery has not been off and no electrics have been removed. I only have 1 blue key and up until now its been a great car.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Yea codeman etc. You may have to get your ecu decoded!

Just rang the man at the garage and he said he came to the car this morning and it started no problem, so I will be checking the fuses to make sure they are all clean and working to the reader and hoping this is not the start of one of those nasty intermittent problems
