Blue and Me pairing failed

I had it connected at the dealership and I removed the user data by accident, Trouble is, now I can't get it reconnected.

I've got the bluetooth on my iphone on and it's not pairing or coming up with connection code at all!

When you go to pairing in Blue&Me menu, do you get the code? What happens when you press ok (on the steering wheel) at the pairing?

I can play music no problem but it just says my phone isnt connected when igo on phonebook or

I understand that, but you play the music from a USB stick, right, not from the phone? Your phone is not connected to Blue&Me, that's why I was asking: "When you go to pairing in Blue&Me menu, do you get the code? What happens when you press ok (on the steering wheel) at the pairing?"
I'm trying to find out what might be the problem, but I need more info. When you hit pairing on Blue&Me, you should get a code. Most importantly, your phone Bluetooth should be turned on. Let me know.

I plug my iPhone into the usb, play via media player and when I try to pair it says there is no phone connected?
