Blue and me doesn't work at all !!!!

I got a new 500 and for two months the blue and me has been working properly. But now and for no reason the ladydoesnt peep a word and I can't listen to my music from a USB flash drive.

If any body knows how to treat this matter please HELP

Quite possibly the microphone isn't working. This happened to me when I first got my 500. Took it back to the dealers who replaced it and voila!

Thanks Mary ...... Is it a technical malfunction?? Or is it do to abuse of the system??

U know only blue and me doesn't work radio, and cd are working just fine .

It's the microphone for the Blue&Me. I seem to recall that my radio worked fine. And no abuse. I used my phone the first day I got the car just to test it and it worked fine. The next day it wasn't working.
