Technical Blower not working

Hi my doblo 2010 heater blowers not working been on utube and they’ve said could be resistor or fan and looks very easy to change but when l got under the passenger pocket mine looks totally different not sure how you get to either can anyone help

It still has a resistor pack.. And probably a 5 wire plug

TBH. That looks just like the panel layout for the punto in the link I sent
