proubably get better service if you get them to come to you then, but i thought it would be better if i took it to the workshop and get a dry job, but it looks like they used it as a work bench
alough they have boxes to tick on there site for how you want to be contacted when you email a complaint, and i ticked the by email one, today i recived a letter telling me they would be looking into it.dave said:they have not replied to my email yet![]()
yes but suppose i was away on business for a few weeks, if they emailed i could pick it up anywhere, if it was me i would have emailed to say reply coming by post. The Negotiator said:David, because it's quite a serious complaint they will probably want to handle it officially - hence the letter. Companies seem to dislike emails as they are sent out without much thinking in general.
The Negotiator said:Yep, they should have done "Dear David, we can't handle your problem via email so will be sending you a letter. We feel it needs to be dealt with properly blah blah Regards "autoglass monkey""
i put link to this in my first email to them.Stuart DemonD said:Just sent them an email via their website, linking to this thread - be interesting to see their comments.....
no there is no mark. just emailed them this reply.ben said:You mean they actually modified the card to try and cover this up???? Outrageous, and is there a mark where they said? if not, it should be pretty good proof they edited it.
