There must be a law about the way prices are displayed - it's very misleading. I knew it was too good to be true.

Madam is at home today and confirmed that a big box o' bilsteins arrived for me today. Expect photos to follow when I get home.

It's a good thing you can't actually lick the shafts on them (being monotube dampers and all..... ) otherwise someone could make a tasteless joke hereProbably licking them too
As per previous mention, Madam is at home today. I arrived home to find her naked, reclined and reading a magazine. I've not yet opened the box of coilovers. Reading forums while eating dinner. Pictures later. If I can be arsed. Sleep is much more appealing sounding just now.

It took me 20 mins to open the boxes and packaging before getting to the box that actually contained the coilovers. Nightmare of packaging. Then when I opened it, everything was bubble wrapped and packed in more paper and cardboard packaging. They're dampers for a car that were developed around the Nurburgring, not fine china ffs. By the time I'd actually chopped away enough packaging I'd lost the urge to unpack anymore and went to bed. But snapped some quick pics:

In the cold light of day it's nice to see that the right choice was made. We wouldn't want the 'morning after feeling'.
Saying that Bilstein do OK is an understatement
they seemed to do ok on the R8 at the ring last weekend for the 24 hour
remind me not to show piccies of the b16s when then arrive as you may get too excited
Is there any world class motorsport series that they've not won at some stage in the last 20 years?

I see the driver of that R8 resolved the comfort dilemma of the Bilsteins by keeping it airborne.
