Technical Bilstein B14s - Ordered

Why 3 of them? And the bumpstops don't look like they have any place for this type of fitting on them. The mystery continues....

They aren't for clipping the hoses backer something are they ? I'd guess they clip into something like the splash guard ?

They ordered 20 million by mistake and can't return them and it would be a fortune to dispose so they are placing them randomly inside other products? Sounds plausible :eek:

Butt plugs for up to three passengers, for when you when you push your T1Rs outside their intended design envelope?

Or as a cheaper alternative to Koni FSD to cure the bouncy rear end, simply insert into the passenger and then clip them to the seat.(y)

This morning on the way out to breakfast I noticed something:

This is what happens when you push a T1R slightly outside its intended design envelope :D

Am I the only one who checks out my own tyres just about every time I get in the car? :p I guess it comes from when I used to do flying training and you'd obviously have to do preflight checks on the aircraft every time you flew.

Bits arrived for the drop links. Very sexy. Pics to follow later.

You are wasting time posting on this forum could be used to fit said parts to your car and then drive it, give feedback and give me that final push over the edge I need to convince myself to buy a set ;)

My having a job precludes me from crawling under the car in the middle of the day :)

No wife, girlfriend of 6 and half years though. Marriage complicates things in my experience.

Only if you still have the girlfriend :) come on get the coilovers on :)

I'm getting a little impatient as well.
Got a price today for fitting a set of shocks or the full kit from a local Garage and they were quoting 1.5-2hrs labour to put them in so at €50+vat an hour it wasn't earth shattering expensive.
Imagine with the full kit where it lowers the car a bit you're have to spend some extra € to get an alignment.
