Hi mantababe when you first get the Panda drive it and enjoy the car, then as staffordmike says a good quality microfibre sponge or washmit (washmits can get very heavy in use when wet) i use autoglym or meguiars or turtlewax car shampoo, followed by a good wax or sealent (wax is more natural ingredients, sealents more manmade) both do the same job.
You only need to do the wax/sealant evey couple of months. Use microfibre colths for doing the waxing as well, that is important because most swirls in car paintwork is by people using ordinary sponges.
If you have aĺloy wheels a ph neutral wheel cleaner is great, spray on wait a couple of minutes hose off and spotless wheels with no work involved.
If you have gone for any paint protection on your Panda, ignore the above and follow the instructions the dealer tells you.
Hope you enjoy your new car.
