General Best dealership - Preston/lancs area

Right guys, I need some info on which is the best dealership in the preston area out of Blackburn Fiat, Caledonia Preston, Lythgo(sp) bolton etc.

I bought my car from Caledonia Manchester and so far they've been worse than useless. Last year i had major problems with them refusing to do some work under warranty - see here https://www.fiatforum.com/lets-talk-fiat/56328-not-impressed-all.html

Now, my drivers door lock is making a horrible screech and they said again that its not covered. Well Fiat Uk say it is so im going to another dealer for the work.

Any recommendations?

Never really had any problems with the Blackburn one apart from chasing the mechanic who was working on mine and gave him a few choice words as to why he had to rev and screw my Stilo so hard when it was in for a headlight repair!

Caledonia Blackpool always provided excellent customer service to me. Would recommend them. Repaired loads of stuff under warranty with no quibbles.

WITHOUT A DOUBT ST LEONARDS ON SEA!!!!

My nearest is Eastbourne but they're useless... tiny poxy garage with staff who know very little about Fiat's. So i now travel about 15 miles to ST Leonards where they always better your price and without fail diagnose and resolve a problem... friendly too!

I've had work done at Caledonia Blackburn, they seem OK perhaps a bit pricey. Car's going in next week to have radiator replaced under third year warranty, thank gawd, it would have cost £274 otherwise. I'll give the lass on the service desk her due ... she's very clued up, and easy to deal with.
