Battery size

What's the largest battery size in terms of physcial dimensions that will fit?

Engine's the 1.8 year 1998.

I need a new battery and want to basically get the largest Bosch Silver I can.

If you go to any halfords they will have all the battery sizes that will fit. If you take your tape measure you will know. You can get a bigger one than the standard Fiat supplied as I have a heavy duty Calcium battery on mine which was considerably larger. May have to get the battery strap adjusted though.

I ended up going to Costco and got a Bosch Silver 7E. It's a 71 Ah one, and is basically the maximum size that fits in the tray.
