Battery and Alt question

im thinking of adding another battery to the boot to run my ice. as its a cleaner way to run my cables in my car. and i dont think my battery will like running another inverter.

so im gonna by a yellow top battery to run my ice and put the std battery to running the car. will my little 1.6 alt be able to charge both these batteries

Dont think so mate, u may need an alternater from a 2.0litre or off a diesel
