Wed 14th January 14:45 On the A2 just outside of Dover, London bound.
Green B, quick flash of lights and wave, but no response back. That said at a closing speed of some 120mph you don't get a lot of time.
Sorry, I became a bit preoccupied before Christmas, I will try to get them in the post in the next few day!![]()
Haven't found the mail box yet?![]()
Monday morning 6am: I am driving my (Spanish reg) B as fast as I dare in the dark in a forest full of wild boar, along the road from Levignac to Pibrac west of Toulouse, no other cars on the road except one behind me at sensible distance. Eventually am overtaken by said car and its a Mk II red B!! Toulousian plate - but as all Toulousians drive so close behind the car in front so that you can normally share your mints with the driver behind, I take it it was either a non-local driver or a mark of recognition....
Did think I was hallucinating for a minute though!!
There aren't many Barchettas in Portugal, but I did manage to catch one whilst at the beach... but like me, it was a foreigner to these parts.
Is it anybody on this Forum?
