I personaly dont have a problem with Banks but its getting bloody lumpy already our new mattress and its better than taking up the bedroom carpet and floor boards i just feel sorry for the poor B++++++s that get SCREWED

I deal with mortgages and i would say over 70% of people apply for borrowing they cant afford, then beg and spend weeks proving they can. This is not by small margins either. Most get declined anyway.

I am too trying to get on the property ladder but to live where i want to live I need to borrow £100k+
This is a problem at the moment as I cannot afford this. I dont want to move into a near by cheapers areas as too far away from friends and family and they are not good areas anyway.
