Banks....

I personaly dont have a problem with Banks but its getting bloody lumpy already our new mattress and its better than taking up the bedroom carpet and floor boards i just feel sorry for the poor B++++++s that get SCREWED :(

Bank's don't just screw people. People who don't manage their accounts screw themselves

exactly my point...

it's all this blame and claim sh.t. No one is prepared to accept responsibility for their own actions...

"it's the banks fault i spent most nights going out getting smashed, and then bought loads of over priced clothes that i really couldn't afford"

corse it is.

:yeahthat:

anyone see "beat the bailiffs" most of the people in there have no idea how much they owe, or how to pay it back, even who they actually owe it too. and when the day comes they can't beleive the situation they are in, or even accept it's their own actions that got them there in the first place.

Well First Direct have offered me £35 to open an account with them. Think I'll be getting myself a free £35... (y)

I deal with mortgages and i would say over 70% of people apply for borrowing they cant afford, then beg and spend weeks proving they can. This is not by small margins either. Most get declined anyway.

And with the cost of housing today, you are surprised by this? I don't work in mortgages and could have told you this :)

I am too trying to get on the property ladder but to live where i want to live I need to borrow £100k+

This is a problem at the moment as I cannot afford this. I dont want to move into a near by cheapers areas as too far away from friends and family and they are not good areas anyway.

This country and property is a joke.
