baffled, a lil help please lol

ok, my components came today, fantastic looking....diamond audio hex s600 silk
im baffled by the cross over, normally they have 6 terminals (1 input, woofer, tweeter) but this has 8!!!
1pair labled input, 1 pair labled woofer, 1 pair labled tweeter, and a 4th pair labled RAF!!!! what is raf??? am i just being dum?

How much did you pay for them just out of interest.
I believe that the RF is a Rear Fill output for speakers for... Well rear fill lol

yeh lol, google confirmed, payed £150...rrp is around £500 from what ive seen...

I know some have an attenuated tweeter out but thats usually just A so i dunno about RAF

Take it they didn't come with instructions? Stu's got it right though, however I'm fairly certain it's just midbass frequencies not full range.

I would imagine its something like 40hz to 4khz. It should say on the authenticity plate on the back of the x-over

I think its ready to take a small mid 3-4" so that you can have a 3 way setup, but not sure on that, otherwise rear fill does seem to make sense.

It is meant for rear fill. Personally i wouldnt use it as it will steal power from the fronts.

managed to find a manual on gooogle, they are Rear Acoustic Fill
wont be using them tho!! thanks tho guys
