Back Again!! Sei dent!

I have a very small golf ball dent right on the bottom edge of my seic boot lid its right on the edge! Ive been asking how i can pull it out cos I cant get a suction cup around it! No ones given me a real answer think they all want my money lol! I can get my fingers underneath it where u lift the boot up no paintwork damage tho!?

Hi mate,

Have you got a picture? You may well be able to gently tap it out from the inside. Heat the area with a hairdryer first though.

ure becoming a helpful hand! Tap it out wif wot? Also im scared i mite lose that nice curved look that sort of flicks up?

What you need is a pannel beating hammer, or a hammer with smooth edges. Gently keep tapping it untill it all lines up again properly. (obv tap it from the back) Take it slowly rather than going at it like a blacksmith and it should come out ok!

well as i said i had no problems on my Dads focus (always try it on someone else's car first :shakehead Did a dent on my punto boot once i knew it worked (bike had caught it when i loaded it onto the rear rack :bang
