if thats what you both want then go for it, im 20 in feb im single... not by choice any more.... i just cba look i don't ever want kids im afraid...
So, if were you mate get baby making as soon as finances are in order, and before it's too late, enjoy.
maybe i sound young, stupid, and maybe selfish... but i really want to know what the novelty is with having kids?
i dont fancy waking up at all hours for bottle feeding
i dont fancy changing nappies
i dont fancy putting up with the crying, screaming, tantrums, noise etc
as they get older dont see the novelty of the arguments, mood swings etc
dont fancy being drained all the time of money, and then taken for a ride christmas time
dont fancy having to fork out loads of money for a baby sitter and having absolutely no time to myself
then he/she will probably give me endless ****e through their teens (i believe in kharma and know what i was like when i was a bit younger lol) and either get pregnant or get a girl pregnant and back to square 1
and in a newspaper it said it costs over 100k to raise a kid from 0-18, i could buy a nice semi detached house with a garage for that i reckon?
had this argument with so many people (mainly girls) and all i get is 'aaw but babies are cute'... yes maybe for the first 20 minutes or so then the novelty wears off and your tied to an 18-24 year contract
*awaits a grilling*
