AUX IN in factory radio?

Hello,

Is there any input on my Fiat Punto's (model year 2000) radio with 6 speakers and a woofer? I would like to connect my mp3 player to the radio.

I have found some cables on the net; one end going to the CD changer control at the back of the radio, the other end to a jack plug, but i don't yet know if they are going to work. How am i going to be able to switch to that input?

This item http://www.bluespot.co.uk/stock/auxin.asp has the correct connections on either end but will NOT work with any of the fiat punto radios.

The radio must be fooled into thinking you have a cd changer installed, there are things that will do that, but they are usually a lot more expensive, approx 70euros?

Hmmm, certainly no good news... seems I'll be going for an other head unit...
