Hi, I don’t like to start accounts and just ask for help (been Audi for years)
I have a grande punto abarth 1.4tjet 2009
I’m trying to get it to work spent hours on it myself
The display works and you can hear it changing where the air would come out.
I’ve changed the denso on the bottom of the condenser and checked the plugs for feed
Black plug doesn’t get any white plug next to it gets 12v
I don’t have a fuse socket for f83 (pin in left side but not the right side)
Relay t08 seems fine gets voltage in pin 86
I can’t get behind the bcm properly and can’t see the earth point there
Does anyone have any ideas on where I should look for a fuse for the power of the motor and what fuse box it would be ?
Got the glove box out ready to try tomorrow at some point
My locking went and boot pop went fuse had blown
I think the condenser could be blocked hear water slosh sound sometimes

Model
Abarth grande punto
Year
2009
Mileage
89000
Exactly there is no air flow whatsoever and as I say there is no 12v to black pin on the heater blower denso unit,
The screen itself powers and shows fan speeds that are adjustable, but no fan powers

The black cable is a short cable that plugs into the I’m guessing condenser unit (big white tank )

Mines dual auto climate control mate doesn’t use a resistor like this, mines a pwm, I’m pretty sure the earth in the body control module might be no good, I get 12v from control panel for auto air conditioning, relays get power, it just isn’t receiving a ground signal to activate the fans itself I’ll get some photos in a little while
Thanks for the reply mate

This seems a little odd, this does not get 12v while my air con is on

Relay is sending power to white plug so I’m assuming it’s between this panel and the bcm and most probably to do with the wires being switched around so will wanna check fuses first then continuity on the wires to and from

Another update so I’m guessing without noticing these crossed wires I’ve plugged them into a new pwm module and probably destroyed it before I could even try and use it, I’ll order another new one next week and see what the outcome is I’ll try og part number for it I believe A.430.008.00 is correct

Found another thread that might help if you've not already seen it.

Also: https://aftersales.fiat.com/elearns...ectionName=Diagnosi&validityName=1.4 16v TJet

Navigate around from there if it's not the exact model (and again if you've not already seen this), I'm not 100% familiar with the model.

Get an error for the link mate and yeah seen that post lol I’ve noticed a heavily corroded wire a little higher up for the power in for the power control module so will see what happens when I repair this

If you mean the 2nd link in my last post, I've just checked it and it's working (that site is known to work sometimes and not others, just keep trying it)
It's got all the circuit diags.

See if this enlargement link works:

I’ve finished the work after tracing wires that red and black definitely needed switching back to normal and there was a heavily corroded earth that I’ve since repaired now all is okay and working as it should, thanks for the replies in this been a great help with future resources for me
